Emcees

Hello, my name is Wesley Larson and I’m from Plymouth, MN (about 10 minutes away from Minneapolis). I’m a junior studying public relations/digital media and Spanish here at Saint Mary’s. I am involved in a lot here on campus including Nordic Ski Club, Ultimate Frisbee, and our Student Activities Committee. In addition, I work in the admissions office and serve as an orientation leader for new students.

While I have never done theater or much public speaking, and I might not be the best person to stand up on stage tonight, I am super excited to emcee this show for you all and I hope you all enjoy the show!

My name is Jacob Fiala, and I am from the small town of Welcome, Minnesota. My alma mater is Martin County West High School in Sherburn, MN. I am a sophomore here at Saint Mary's and am in my second year of priestly formation at Immaculate Heart of Mary Seminary, majoring in philosophy. Some of my hobbies include playing pickup games of football and basketball, hunting, fishing, and of course, spending time in prayer with the Lord! I am also a varsity-certified official for basketball here in Minnesota, so I greatly enjoy staying in the game that way.

I am very excited to be one of the emcees for Blue Angel, as I very much love and appreciate seeing the God-given talents of our student body. I participated in choir all throughout middle and high school, so I am especially overjoyed to anticipate hearing many amazing voices.
